| - elefant cms is good system, but i don't think they use this cms... when i visited http://www.iru-eapd.org (other website - russian version and lang) and saw da scr, then i saw generator meta tag and was: Sitellite Content Server 5.0.2-stable ... there is any Sitellite Web Content Management System (CMS) , but... i don't know it:) http://www.sitellite.org , but this site not working:) well, test this cms from: https://github.com/lux/sitellite ... http://sourceforge.net/projects/sitellite/ ... seek other sites about download:) many sites used this cms - rwgroup.com and others:) for dnl cms: http://fossies.org/linux/privat/sitellite_5_0_4_stable.tar.gz/ this site too! well, just test and u will see is this cms or not:) |

| - it seems elefant is based on the old sitellite (2008)... that's why it was my guess ;-) |
